Family stores ensure quality standards and is responsible and liable for all and any issues and cases pertaining to the quality of the food or order.
User understands that some type of Food items may be suitable for persons within certain age ranges only.
It is complete responsibility to check whether the Food items you are ordering is suitable for the intended recipient.
Prices displayed on web site are exclusive of taxes, user needs to pay online for food items selected. We do not support Cash on Delivery. Local Taxes shall be applied over and above total bill.
Refund will be credited to the customer in case of any cancellations within 7-8 days. User needs to call on our numbers or should drop email on web site within 24hours of order placement.
Family Stores shall refund money back in customer's bank as credit directly.
If Customer finds any issue in delivered goods. They should report to Family stores on numbers mentioned within 2 Hours. Family Store authority shall take appropriate action on complaints as per investigation.
Delivered food items shall not be taken back. Unless there is defect in food quality or damage in transit.
Ordered goods shall be delivered to registered / shipping address. Via Courier. Shipping details shall be updated to customer on email and SMS.Within 2 days in mumbai. Within 3-5 days in rest of Maharashtra or any where in India.
